This Canadian Timber Tranquility Barrel Sauna with an 18 inch deep porch is handcrafted from White Cedar.

This Sauna kit comes with solid cedar cradles, aluminum bands with stainless steel hardware and is packaged in a ready to assemble kit. The round concept of the barrel sauna make it unique and very efficient to heat as well as encourages proper air flow during sauna use.

Warranty
The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.

Installation, delivery and project planning

Installation responsibility

Resideterra supplies the steam and bath system; installation is arranged by you or your contractor. Electrical, gas or plumbing work should be completed by a licensed trade in line with the manufacturer installation manual and your local code. We do not provide installation labor.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After shipment, standard transit is typically 2–7 business days. Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $100 or more; orders from $0.01–$99.99 have a $14.99 shipping charge. Tracking is emailed as soon as the order ships. Large items may arrive by freight: the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery, and an adult signature is required. Inspect all packaging before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

Warranty and support

Returns and order changes

Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days when unused, unassembled and in their original packaging. Return authorization is required before sending anything back. Freight, custom, made-to-order and brand-restricted products may have different or final-sale terms, so confirm eligibility with our team before ordering if you are uncertain.
