Resideterra supplies the grill; installation is arranged by you or your contractor. Electrical, gas or plumbing work should be completed by a licensed trade in line with the manufacturer installation manual and your local code. We do not provide installation labor.
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After shipment, standard transit is typically 2–7 business days. Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $100 or more; orders from $0.01–$99.99 have a $14.99 shipping charge. Tracking is emailed as soon as the order ships. Large items may arrive by freight: the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery, and an adult signature is required.
