Elina Pilates® Classic Aluminum Reformer with Tower

Description

This is Elina Pilates' 86" Classic aluminum reformer, the brand's homage to Joseph Pilates' original design, fitted with a stainless steel tower for spring work above the carriage. The classical details carry through: natural leather straps, wooden handles, four traditional springs on a 3-position spring bar, and a wooden push-through and roll-down bar on the tower side. Eight classic tower springs cover leg, arm, push-through, and push bar work, with steel safety chains included.

The tower stands 72.2" (183.5 cm), low enough for basement studios and rooms with 6.5 ft ceilings where most cadillacs and taller towers will not fit. It suits classically oriented home studios and teachers who want tower repertoire on a light frame. If you prefer graded spring resistances over the uniform classical set, the Elite reformer with tower is the contemporary counterpart.
