The bed is upholstered in durable leather over high-density EVA foam at a 24.8" (63 cm) working height, and the tubes and accessories are galvanized steel with a safety chain included. At 86.6" (220 cm) long and 26.8" (68 cm) wide it is among the smaller cadillac footprints available, with a total height of 80.2" (204 cm).

ORDER SHIPMENT:
Please reference your product page specific lead times. After shipment, items will arrive in 2-7 business days after order has been shipped out.
Certain items due to high demand and low supply can only be placed on back order at specific times. Please contact customer service to hear about any items availability.

Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or Fedex) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should contact us IMMEDIATELY. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 Hours of delivery and send photos to support@resideterra.com We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue or replace your order.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition and unopened.
Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
If there is a damage in the product, the customer is not responsible for the shipping costs and restocking fees that apply for the return.
Customer remorse: If there is no damage to the product, the customer will be responsible of paying for shipping and restocking fees. The customer will be given a refund of the remaining balance.
Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).
Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damages to products may void the return.
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the purchase date unless otherwise stated by a brand-specific, product-specific, freight, custom order, special order, or final sale policy.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled, in its original packaging, and returned with all parts, manuals, accessories, hardware, and packaging materials included.
All returns must be approved by Resideterra before being shipped back. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved error, defect, or issue caused by the manufacturer, supplier, carrier, or Resideterra.
Eligible returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise stated. Some freight-shipped, special order, or manufacturer-approved returns may be subject to additional shipping, freight, carrier, or restocking fees.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the original order included free shipping, the actual outbound shipping or freight cost may be deducted from the refund when applicable.
Elina Pilates equipment is considered oversized specialty fitness equipment and may require production, special handling, freight preparation, and delivery coordination.
Because Elina Pilates orders may begin processing within 2–4 hours and may enter production within 24 hours after purchase, cancellation or change requests must be submitted immediately after placing the order.
Changes may include, but are not limited to, product changes, quantity changes, color changes, configuration changes, delivery address changes, or cancellation requests.
Once an Elina Pilates order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, freight preparation, or shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation, changes, or return.
Elina Pilates machines, reformers, Cadillacs, towers, chairs, barrels, wall units, large apparatus, opened equipment, assembled items, used items, custom configurations, and freight-prepared or shipped orders may not be eligible for return.
Any approved Elina Pilates return must be unused, unassembled, in original packaging, and include all parts, manuals, accessories, hardware, and packaging materials. Approved returns may be subject to return shipping, original outbound shipping, freight charges, carrier fees, and restocking fees.
For some Elina Pilates orders, estimated delivery information may be provided within 72 hours after the order is placed. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, production status, destination, carrier scheduling, freight conditions, and fulfillment timelines.
Please review your Elina Pilates order carefully before purchasing. Elina Pilates products do not follow the same return process as standard parcel-shipped items.
Many Resideterra products ship by freight carrier due to their size, weight, or specialty handling requirements.
Please inspect all boxes, crates, pallets, and packaging before signing for delivery.
If anything appears damaged, crushed, torn, punctured, missing, opened, wet, or mishandled, write the issue clearly on the delivery receipt or Proof of Delivery before signing. Take photos immediately and contact Resideterra as soon as possible.
Signing for a freight delivery without noting visible damage may limit or prevent the ability to file a successful damage claim with the carrier, supplier, or manufacturer.
Please keep all packaging, pallets, crates, boxes, and shipping materials until any damage issue has been fully reviewed and resolved.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Resideterra immediately with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
We will review the issue and work with the manufacturer, supplier, or carrier to determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include replacement parts, repair support, a replacement item, a carrier claim, manufacturer warranty support, or another approved solution.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.
A cancellation is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Resideterra.
Orders that have already entered processing, production, fulfillment, freight preparation, shipment, or special order status may not be eligible for cancellation.
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
