To install this griddle plate remove two (2) grill grate panels and replace your Bull griddle plate., turn on the gas, and you are off cooking from pancakes and eggs at breakfast to grilled sandwiches and stir-fries for lunch or dinner – right on your grill. After cooking, the griddle plate can be easily removed for cleaning, making the process hassle-free. Imagine flipping pancakes on a Sunday morning in your backyard, transforming your grill into a versatile outdoor kitchen. From top to bottom this griddle is constructed from heavy-duty plated stainless steel, this griddle plate is built to last. It's designed to withstand the wear and tear from regular cooking, and the stainless steel material ensures that the griddle surface remains non-stick over time. Its stainless steel non-stick surface allows you to cook delicate foods like eggs or fish and in addition, distributes the heat evenly allowing you to cook your meals perfectly.
Right on the side of your griddle features a full-length grease tray, that goes the whole length of the griddle plate and measures 2 5/8 inches in width giving you ample space to remove grease while you cook. Easily clean in a breeze as you cook and remove grease and food particles, leaving you with a simple 1-2-3 cleaning process.
