About this studio equipment

Description

The BASI Systems Ladder Barrel pairs a beech ladder with a barrel that travels on linear slides, so the distance between ladder and barrel adjusts smoothly to torso length and exercise. Adjustment is hand-controlled and done standing, with no crouching to a pin. The orthopedic cushion is a continuous curve under non-slip antibacterial vinyl, and the standing platform moves out of the way when not in use.

At 49 lb (22 kg) it is one of the lighter pieces in the BASI line and works in homes as well as studios. The prepared ports accept the optional F2 System; springs are not included with the base barrel, so budget for an F2 kit if you want spring-resisted barrel work.
