Description
The BASI Systems Arm Chair Barrel Set is a three-piece barrel station from the equipment line built around Rael Isacowitz's BASI method: the arm chair barrel with its ladder, the arm chair box, and a saddle attachment that swaps between a curved top and a flat top. Unlike most barrels, this set ships with two F2 System spring kits, one for the barrel and one for the box, so springs attach at multiple angles and resistance levels and the barrel works as a resistance station rather than a static arc.
It suits studios teaching spring-assisted barrel repertoire and instructors who already work on BASI apparatus. If you mainly need stretch and extension work, the simpler BASI Ladder Barrel costs less and occupies less floor.
