Free Shipping on Orders Over $99
At Resideterra, we offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days. Please note that all orders have a 1-3 day handling time before shipment. Smaller items are sent via UPS or FedEx, while larger items and bulk orders are shipped through freight services, which require a slightly more involved process.
For larger freight shipments, it’s important to familiarize yourself with the delivery requirements in advance to ensure a smooth process on the delivery day.
Freight Shipping Details:
- Most large items are shipped on a pallet.
- Some delivery companies may call to schedule a delivery time, while others may drop off the shipment at the nearest accessible location (curbside) or as close as possible to your garage door.
Pre-Delivery Checklist:
While most shipments arrive without issue, we encourage you to inspect your packages carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please send photos to sales@resideterra.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Receipt of Products & Damages
An adult must be present upon delivery of products to inspect and sign for goods received. It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. A claim will be filed with the carrier, who will pick up and return the package, which must remain in its original box with original packaging. Once the carrier picks up the damaged product, we will work with our suppliers to have a replacement shipped to you. Please contact us if there are any damages at sales@resideterra.com
Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect is found on any shipment, the shipment will automatically be replace at with no extra costs associated.
Cancellations
Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. Orders are usually shipped within the first 24-72 Business Hours of placing the order. If you'd like to cancel an order please do so immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Orders cancelled after an item has shipped will be treated as a regular 30-day return item and return shipping & restocking fees may apply. If any pieces are missing, note this on the delivery receipt (e.g., "Received 3 out of 4 pieces"). Contact us immediately at +1(888) 989-1337 and we’ll assist in locating the missing items or arranging replacements.

Inspect for Damage: Check for visible signs of damage, such as crushed corners, holes, or broken pallets. These could indicate internal damage. Please note any issues with the shipment and send photos to support@resideterra.com within 48 hours.
Concealed Damage: After accepting the shipment, if you discover any concealed damage, send us photos of the damage at support@resideterra.com within 48 hours, or call us at +1(888) 989-1337, and we will guide you through the process for handling damaged deliveries.

For orders under $99, we offer a flat shipping rate of just $9.99. No matter how much you add to your cart, the shipping fee remains the same if your total is below the free shipping threshold.
