Return & Refund Policy

At Resideterra, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@resideterra.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective, Resideterra will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to ordering the wrong product, sizing issues, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for covering the actual return shipping cost. Additionally, all returns for non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Product Condition:

Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and labels to meet our return policy requirements.

Disclaimer:

Resideterra is an authorized dealer for several premium brands. These brands manage their own inventory, shipping, and warranty obligations. Processing times for refunds and returns may vary depending on the brand.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about your specific item, please reach out to our support team.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at sales@resideterra.com.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
